Work Experience Documented #1: Sutton Infant School (October 2021)

I was requested by my sister on behalf of Sutton Infant School to create a media product for one of their classes of children. The reasoning for the school commissioning me for this was due to a situation where a parent of a child catching Covid-19 caused a zoo trip that was supposed to happen being cancelled, and as a result, I was requested to create "some kind of slideshow or video" for the children based on the childrens' drawings and photos of animals they liked, using assets supplied to me from them (the drawings, photos and texts seen in the video). Once this was complete, the video was watched in the class instead of the trip, which I was later told the teachers and children were very happy with.

- Risk assessment for location(s) visited - this should be obtained from the organisation / employer ahead of the placement, and can be requested by yourselves or through GroFar.

Due to the fact that the work I did for the company was complete entirely from home on my end, I did not receive a risk assessment of any kind as it was not necessary.

- A completed Employer Engagement / Work Experience Evaluation & Feedback Form equivalent from GroFar.

- Any photo or video evidence from the opportunity.
